Before using Myriad Creative Services our company's experience of building a new website was that it was a time consuming, frustrating, and budget breaking process. Our company first revamped our website in 2009 when we interviewed five different website companies. We chose a company we thought was professional and capable and it ended up being a very painful, drawn out process. Communication was very difficult and they charged us for work they never completed. In the end there were several errors on the site and continued communication with the company was difficult. We stuck with the site for a year and decided it was not an accurate representation of our company. 
This is what lead us to pursue redoing our website again this year. We decided to use Myriad Creative Services because Jon was very easy to communicate with. He broke down all the technical aspects so that we understood what he was doing. He not only knows the ins and outs of the technical side of Websites and SEO, but has great creative capabilities to design a site that well represents our company and how we want to be perceived. He offered helpful advice and implemented the start of using Social Media to market our company. He completed our website in half the time that it took the other company we first used. He charged us a fair price for the work he completed and he maintains our website each month, showing us which of our marketing efforts is the most effective.

I approached Myriad Creative Services in 2007 to design a website for my small business. HoneyCuts is a hair salon for men with three locations in Chicago’s south suburbs. I sat down with Jon Wenzel, the owner and lead designer of MyriadCS to discuss my vision for the website. We collaborated to create a five page website which included a home page, our story, locations, services, and coupons. I found Jon to be particularly personable and customer focused throughout all of our dealings.
I have been very satisfied with the service that I have received from MyriadCS for several reasons. First, the designer was truly able to capture the design that I had envisioned. It completely reflects the look and feel of the salons. I believe that this is due to the company’s focus on communication and relationship with its customers. Jon listened to my ideas, added his expertise, and generated a quality product that I have been very satisfied with.
 Secondly, MyriadCS went above and beyond to walk me through the whole process of achieving a web presence online. Through this one company I was able to obtain web hosting, register a domain, as well as purchase a quality designed website. Also, there were several add-on options that were tailored specifically for my site including custom forms for franchising and employment information. In addition, MyriadCS helped me move my business into the social media world by creating and setting up a Facebook page for Honeycuts. Moreover, every step of the way Jon has been available to explain in plain language my options as well as his suggestions and insights for how to better market my business online.
MyriadCS has continued to maintain my website over the past three years with occasional changes and revisions. In addition, they have assisted me with a couple significant updates including the creation of a spreadsheet listing the stylist’s hours and availability. I wanted to take a few minutes to comment on the services Myriad Creative Services provided me with in regards to my recent book publication and corresponding website.
As a customer with limited knowledge in graphic design specifics and website creation, it was extremely beneficial to have someone to turn to that could take my layman’s explanation of what I needed done and turn it into a comprehensive design and functional website. I was confident throughout the process that my requests were being heard and every attempt was being made to bring them to fruition.
